How we handle your data

AI Agents built by Mulkern AI Systems run on your own Anthropic (Claude) API key. Inference happens in your account, not ours.

This statement covers the AI Agents product only. It does not apply to TrafficForge or any other Mulkern AI Systems product, each of which is governed by its own separate policy.
Where your data is processed

Your data passes through our gateway only in the moment — to attach the agent's instructions and forward the call to Claude — and is held in memory only for the duration of that single request.

It is never written to disk, never logged, and never stored.

What we keep — and what we don't

What we retain

  • Your license details — the email you purchased with, your plan and its expiry, and which agents it covers
  • Basic usage counts — how many deliverables you've generated, on which agents, and when

What we never retain

  • Your prompts or intake inputs
  • Your uploaded data or generated deliverables
  • Claude's responses
  • We never sell or share your data

Your license controls which agents you can access; the usage counts help us operate the product, support you, and honor our refund guarantee. They are not used to meter or throttle your use.

Model training

We do not use your data to train any AI model.

Anthropic (Claude)

Your use of Anthropic's API is also governed by Anthropic's own privacy policy, since Anthropic processes the request using your key to generate the response. Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train its models.
